NEEDLES
Hems and Facings—Size 1 (2.25 mm): 24” circular (cir).
Body, Sleeves and Neck Trim—Size 3 (3.25 mm) 16” cir, 24” cir, and double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle sizes if necessary to obtain correct gauge.

NOTIONS
Removable st markers; stitch holders or waste yarn; sewing needle and thread or crochet hook and waste yarn for securing steeks; small scissors; tapestry needle.

NOTES
This sweater is worked in the rnd with the use of steek sts as placeholders for both the armhole and neck openings. These placeholder sts are cut open before the sleeve and neck hems are worked. As in all sweaters of this type, the alignment of motifs can be lost as armhole and neck shaping begins. Be sure to center the motifs when working a shortened rnd, due to dec’d sts or sts placed on holders.
